UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
- Delay condoned.
Issue notice, returnable in eight weeks.

petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
5. By way of an ad-interim relief, in the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 01 of 2004 registered at Police Station C.I.D., District-Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, subject to him executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with one or more sureties in the like amount.
6. Needless to state that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation and report the Investigating Officer as and when directed to do so.
