An Application has been filed by the respondent to withdraw all the three cases instituted by the respondent against the petitioner bearing O.P. Nos. 350, 358 and 359 of 2021 pending before the Family Courts, Palakkad, Kerala, stating that the parties have settled their disputes amicably.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant Transfer Petitions.

The Transfer Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms.
