Service is complete on respondent no.2 in TP(C) no.1373/2012 but none has entered appearance.

As per affidavit of dasti, they have refused to accept the notice which is not proper service, as such, ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos. 1 and 2 in TP(C) NO.1371/2012 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.
