UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 8 have stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to them. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 8 within a weeks' time and Subject operation proof. The respondent Nos. 1 and 8 shall file the Counter Aftedavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.

The office report proceeds to state that the Service Report from the Trial Court as it pertains to the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 has not been received as yet. A reminder shall be issued and list on 13.1.2015.
