The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matter for final disposal on a nonmiscellaneous day."

It is submitted that the sole respondent is represented through Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate. Counter affidavit has been filed in the said matter. Copies of the same have been included in the paper books.

S.L.P.(C) No. 32128 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th November, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Notice on the application for condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petition. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No. 34872/2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through Regd. A.D. post on 27th November, 2015. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far.

S.L.P.(C) Nos. 128129 of 2016

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th January, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on SLPs as also on application(s) for condonation of delay. Tag with SLP(C) No. 34872 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through Regd. A.D. post only on on 21st January, 2016. Service of notice is awaited.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report. Dated this the 11th day of February, 2016.
