The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 31-08-2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice by speed post.

Tag with TP(C)Nos.257-266 of 2014. Until further orders, there shall be stay of further proceedings in (i) Writ Petition No.4600/2014 (M/s. Golflinks Software Park Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union of India & Ors.); (ii) Writ Petition No.4601/2014 (M/s. Manyata Promoters Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union of India & Ors.) and (iii) Writ Petition No.6160/2014 (M/s. Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Bangalore vs. Union of India & Ors.) pending before the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore and (a) Special Civil Application Nos.14928/2014 (M/s. Sadbhav Engineering Ltd. vs. Union of India & Anr., (b) 18173/2014 (M/s. Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union of India & Ors.) pending before the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad."

Accordingly, matter was tagged with T.P. (c) No. 257-266 of 2014 and Notices was issued to sole respondents in each matters above mentioned through concerned High Court on 10-09-2015 by Speed Post and as per track report it was delivered on 12-09-2015 to the High Court.

Thereafter instant matter was listed with main mater i.e. T.P. (c) No. 257-266 of 2014 before the Hon'ble Court on 26-10-2015 where the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"To be listed along with SLP (C) No. 34872 of 2014."

T.P. (c) No. 877-881 of 2015

It is submitted that Ms. Sunita Ray, Advocate and Mr. Akshat Goel, Advocate have filed

Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Sole Respondent in T.P. (c) No. 880 of 2015 and T.P. (c) No. 881 of 2015 and Mr. Akshat Goel, Advocate has also filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of sole respondents after serving its copy on other side and same has been included in Paper Books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that certificate has been recceived from High Court stating sole respondent in T.P (c) No. 877 of 2015 has been served but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on his behalf so far and certificate of service in respect of sole respondents in T.P. (c) No. 878 of 2015 & 879 of 2015 are still awaited from High Court.

Status report has been received from High Court stating that SCA No. 14928 of 2014, SCA No. 18173 of 2014 is still pending before High Court.

Service of notice is complete on all respondents excepting sole respondents in T.P. (c) No. 878 & 879 of 2015.

Since the matter i.e. SLP (c) No. 34872 of 2014 is tagged with the matter. Hence the instant matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
