Challenging the validity of the interim order dated 21.03.2023 1. passed by the High Court on I.A. No.1/2023 in Writ Appeal No.305/2023, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

$2.$ As the order is of interim nature, therefore we are not inclined to interfere. However, we make a request to the High Court to hear and decide the Writ Appeal as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above observations, the special leave petition is disposed of.
