The Contempt Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned except I.A. Nos. 14-16 in CP (C) No. 27 of 2016 and I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 of CP (C) No. 464 of 2016 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.10.2016 with Office Report dated 03.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass, inter alia, the following Order:-

In view of the aforesaid, we appoint the Committee consisting of Mr. Ashok Gupta, learned senior counsel as the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Gaurav Agarwal and Mr. Gopal Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel as the Members of the Committee, to go to the district of Allahabad and submit us a report in the lines of the directions given for the State of Telangana. Needless to say, the State administration shall provide all the facilities to the members of the Committee and their fees shall be paid by the State. Mr. Shamshad, learned counsel for the Sate of U.P. shall discuss with the Committee members and determine the fees. The Committee shall initiate the visit within two weeks hence and, thereafter, submit an interim report within four weeks.
The petitioner is at liberty to give a list of the Upper Primary and Primary schools to the members of the Committee.
Let the matter be listed on 28th November, 2016."
Pursuant to above Order, a certified copy of the above Order was sent to the concerned parties.
Contempt Petition No. (C) 27 of 2016
It is submitted that Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate has on 23.11.2016 filed two applications for impleadment on behalf of Mr. Mukesh Kumar and 151 other applicants to implead them as petitioners in the instant Contempt Petition and application for directions. The same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 14 and 15 of 2016 respectively. The applications stand included in the Paper Books of the Contempt Petition.
It is further submitted that Mr. Satyajeet Kumar, Advocate for the petitioners has on 26.11.2016 filed application for filing additional documents which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 16 of 2016. The said application is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
Contempt Petition No. (C) 464 of 2016
It is submitted that Mr. Satyajeet Kumar, Advocate for the petitioners has on 25.11.2016 filed applications for impleadment alongwith permission to file additional documents. The said applications have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 and 3 of 2016 respectively and the same are being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is lastly submitted that no further document has been filed, so far.
The Contempt Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Revised Office Report for Orders.
