Contempt Petition (C) 82 of 2015

The Contempt Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016 with Office Report dated 16.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Orders:-

"As this matter relates to State of U.P., let it be listed on 4th October, 2016, along with connected matters."

It is submitted that Mr. Satyajeet Kumar, Advocate has on 03.10.2016 filed an Application for filing additional documents which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2016 and the same is placed in a separate volume with the Paper Books.

Contempt Petition Nos. (C) 27 and 464 of 2016

The Contempt Petitions alongwith applications were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016 with Office Report dated 16.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Orders:-

"Let the matter be listed on 4th October, 2016. On that day Mr. Jayant Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, shall point out the names of three adjacent districts where the facilities, as directed by this Court, have not been provided."

It is submitted that Mr. Satyajeet Kumar, Advocate has on 03.10.2016 filed separate applications for filing additional documents in Contempt Petition (C) Nos. 27 and 464 of 2016. The same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 13 and 9 of 2016 respectively and the same are placed in separate volumes with the Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that no further document has been filed, so far.

The Contempt Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
