Ld. Counsel for the appellant has neither appropriate steps in respect of deceased sole respondent in C.A. No.5661/2017 nor taken fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars in respect of sole respondent in C.A. No.5643 & 5658 of 2017 and common sole respondent in C.A. No.5644 & 5645 of 2017 despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. Counsel seeks further time. Two weeks further time is granted, as prayed. If steps as above are taken within the time granted, process as per rules and list again on 8.8.2024. If steps are not taken as aforesaid, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
