The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgment and Final Order dated 25th July 2014 in VATAP No.125 of 2012 (O & M), CWP No.15346 of 2011 AND VATAP No.113 of 2012 and Order dated 11th August 2014 in VATREF No.25 of 2010 (O&M), CWP No.20198 of 2012 and Order dated 10th September 2014 in VATREF No.11 of 2011 (O&M) and VATREF No.10 of 2011 (O&M) of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. There is delay of 649, 632, and 602 days in filing the SLPs against the Orders dated 25th July 2014, 11th August 2014 and 10th September 2014 respectively.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No.9342 of 2016 @ CC No.5886 of 2016 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th September 2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to condone the delay and granted leave. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 14th September 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
