Heard Ms. Shobha Ramamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for 1. Signametron Post Post Post Post Post Post Post Post 10.21 ZIS unsel appearing for the respondents.
2. It is submitted that the matter pertains to the payment under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, to the workmen. They also seek compensation under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
3. The matter is adjourned by eight weeks.
4. In the meantime, the money that was received by the receivers and deposited in a Bank along with accrued interest, is permitted to be disbursed to the eligible workmen by the concerned Court. The pendency of this case will not come in the way of such disbursal and the balance claim, if any, will be subject to the outcome of the present proceedings.
