The learned counsel for the petitioner and also the counsel $\sim$ respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 submit that although criminal case $\overline{\mathbf{1}}$ registered, the same arise only out of the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 - husband (SLP

(Crl.) No. 5882 of 2021). Accordingly, joint submission is made for referring the dispute to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

The parties are accordingly directed to report to the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 21.08.2023 at 11:00 a.m.

A copy of this order be immediately sent to the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre by e-mail.
