The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.11.2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"As prayed, two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects in the application seeking impleadment of legal representatives of the deceased respondent No. 1. List thereafter."

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate for the petitioner has cured the defects in filing application for substitution of deceased Respondent No. 1 died on 14.10.2016 which is within time and the same is allowed vide Registrar's orders dated 10.03.2017. Cause title has been amended accordingly. Ms. Supreeta Sharanagouda, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of all the Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 1.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 2-5.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
