UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having heard Ms. Madhavi Divan, learned ASG for some time, we find that in the additional affidavit filed by the Union of India dated 12.07.2019, the Justice Bindal Committee Report dated 21.04.2018 is referred to and relied upon. One of the recommendations made by this Report was to set up a Mediation Cell. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, by its order dated 29.08.2018, has constituted such a Cell. We take these events on record and ask for a response from the petitioner, who may file its response within a period of four weeks from today. List after four weeks.
