UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Insofar as the defects are concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for sometime so as to provide the original copy of the newspapers and further submits that the notices have been published separately, i.e., in a local vernacular language newspaper, i.e., Telugu as well as in English newspaper, having wide circulation.

2. Accepting the statement, the second defect is treated as cured and two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to submit the copy of the newspapers in the Registry.
