Application for exemption from filing certified

copy of the impugned order is allowed.

Heard counsel for the petitioners.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court, dismissing

the petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for

ITEM NO.39 COURT NO.9 SECTION II-A

quashing of F.I.R. and chargesheet in the Special Criminal Case.

We, however, clarify that none of the observations made in the impugned judgment shall come in the way of the petitioners or be held against the counsel who had appeared for the petitioners before the High Court.

We also direct the Special Court to dispose of the criminal case pending before it expeditiously.

The special leave petition is accordingly disposed of.
