It is further submitted that he has not filed Counter Affidavit in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, 8 in SLP (C) No. 25142 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 25143 of 2016 as per letter dated 21st October, 2016 circulated by the Counsel for Respondents before the Hon'ble Court. Service is complete.
