The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate on behalf the Petitioners against the Judgment and Final Order dated 3 rd May 2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition (Civil) No.4162 of 2015 and 211 of 2014. There is delay of 1 and 7 days in filing the SLPs respectively.

It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.24759 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed befroe the Hon'ble Court on 2nd September 2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave and stayed operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 03.05.2016 until further orders and further directed to tag with SLP (Civil) No.20453 of 2016. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 2nd September 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (Civil) No.20453 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed befroe the Hon'ble Court on 1st August 2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and stayed operation of the impugned order of the High Court. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 1st August 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (Civil) No.16445 of 2016 has been tagged with SLP (Civil) No.16419 of 2016 as both are arising out common order.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report
