The matters abovementioned have been filed by Ms. Rohini Musa, Advocate on behalf the Petitioners against the Judgment and Final Order dated 1 st August 2016 of the High Court of Madras Bench at Madurai in Writ Petition (MD) No.705 of 2011 and Writ Petition (MD) No.626 of 2015.

It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.20453 of 2016 referred to on Listing Proforma was listed befroe the Hon'ble Court on 1st August 2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and stayed operation of the impugned order of the High Court. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 1st August 2016 has been annexed as Annexure P30 of SLP Paper Books at Page 450.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 26th August 2016 filed a letter stating there in that Notification dated 10.09.2014 is not requierd for the adjudication of the present matter. A copy of said letter dated 26th August 2016 has been included in Paper Book at Page 451.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report
