We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the <pre>petitioner.</pre>
Delav condoned.
We do not find any good ground warranting interference with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition(s) is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, the dismissal of this special leave petition will not be an impediment for the Jaipur Development Authority to pursue the remedy in the appeal said to have been filed by the said authority. All the contentions raised by the Jaipur Development Authority may be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the Postum of the dismissal of this special leave petition.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
