After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the petitioner cannot be released on bail at this stage as only two out of 14 witnesses have been examined. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
However, we direct the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months. The petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. If the trial is not completed within six months, the petitioner is at liberty to renew her application for bail.
