October, 2016 when he was pleased to pass the following order was passed:

"Issue reminder to the concerned Court for Certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, 24, 29, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42 & 44 . List again on 15.11.2016"

It is submitted that High Court has reported that the respondent Nos.1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, 24, 29, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42 & 44 could not be served as he is not residing at the given addresses.

It is further submitted that Ms. Liz Mather, Advocate for the respondent No. 3 (who has sought transfer of Case) has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, 24, 29, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42 & 44 vide this Registry's letter dated 17th September, 2016 till date.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, 24, 29, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42 & 44 .

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
