It is submitted that Mr. A.P. Mayee, Advocate has on 2nd January, 2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of M.T.N.L to the T.P. behalf of Respondent No. 3 after serving its copy on other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
