UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file an affidavit indicating inter alia the details of the non-joining vacancies in OBC category, subject matter of the advertisement issued on 15th December, 2010, and the manner in which they were filled. If there were any left over vacancies, the reasons for nonfilling shall also be stated along with the details of the petitioners before this Court.

2. Needful shall be done within two weeks, with a copy to the other side.

3. List immediately after two weeks on a non-miscellaneous day.
