It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Kamakshi S. Mehlwal, Advocate on 11.05.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 15.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 2180 of 2014 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order 6.2.2014, 6.3.2014 and 20.11.2015. In this regard, counsel has given a letter stating therein that the same are not necessary for the adjudication of the dispute/issue involved in the SLP and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
