Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 19.04.2016 of this Court in respect of the unserved respondents.

Ld.counsel for the petitioners has stated that the respondent No.2 is alive. Though, Mr.Santosh Singh, Ld.counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of lrs. of respondent No.2. Therefore, Mr.Santosh Singh is directed to explain as to whether the respondent No.2 is alive and in case, he is not alive, file proof of his death within four weeks.
