Civil Appeal No. 6664/2010

It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter. Both the respondents are represented through Mr. E.C. Agarwala, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that original record in the matter has been received and sent back to the Tribunal as per Registry's circular dt. 03.12.2014.

Civil Appeal No. 6665/2010

It is submitted that the sole respondent in the matter is represented through Ms. Bina Gupta, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that original record in the matter has been received and sent back to the Tribunal as per Registry's circular dt. 03.12.2014.

Civil Appeal No. 6666/2010

It is submitted that the sole respondent in the matter is represented through Mr. E.C. Agarwala, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that original record in the matter has been received and sent back to the Tribunal as per Registry's circular dt. 03.12.2014.

Civil Appeal No. 6667/2010

It is submitted that the sole respondent in the matter is represented through Mr. Naveen Kumar, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that original record in the matter has been received and sent back to the Tribunal as per Registry's circular dt. 03.12.2014.

Civil Appeal No. 6668 and 6669/2010

It is submitted that the sole respondent in the matters is represented through Ms. Sumita Hazarika, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that original record in the matter has been received and sent back to the Tribunal as per Registry's circular dt. 03.12.2014.

It is also submitted that the counsel for the appellant and respondents have not filed the statement of case so far.

It is also submitted that proviso 32(2) of Order XIX of New SCR 2013 read as "Provided that where as appellant and respondents who has entered appearance, does not file a statement of case within the time, as provided in sub-rule(1) it shall be presumed that the appellant and respondents does not desire to lodge statement of case in the appeal."

Civil Appeal No. 6065 of 2010

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th March, 2011, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The civil appeal is admitted. Tag this appeal with Civil Appeal Nos. 6664-6669 of 2010."

It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter and both are represented through Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar, advocate. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the appellant and counsel for the respondents have not filed the statement of case so far.

It is also submitted that proviso 32(2) of Order XIX of New SCR 2013 read as "Provided that where as appellant and respondents who has entered appearance, does not file a statement of case within the time, as provided in sub-rule(1) it shall be presumed that the appellant and respondents does not desire to lodge statement of case in the appeal."

Civil Appeal No. 9827 of 2010

The matter above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st October, 2011, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The civil appeal is admitted. Hearing expedited.

Pending disposal of the appeal, interim order passed by this Court on 19th November, 2010, shall continue to operate."

It is submitted that there are Three respondents in the matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Jayant K. Mehta, Advocate and he has filed counter affidavit. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. The service of NLPA is complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the appellant and counsel for Respondent No. 1 have not filed statement of case so far.
