No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that CC No. 14475/2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 08.08.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4995/2016 @ SLP(C) No. 6250/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before Hon'ble Court on 10.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave and dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 10.05.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of award dated 06.05.1997 is annexure P-3 (Page 44-46) and against order dated 23.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 04.08.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 79 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 22.03.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 8689/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 30 days) (registered as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 23.06.1989, 20.06.1990 and relied upon judgments. In this regard, he has given a letter dated NIL and the same has been placed at Page No. 53 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of orders/notification/GO/annexure dated 06.04.1964 & 07.12.1966. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 08.08.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 101 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar.
