The matter above mentioned alongwith connected matters were listed before Hon'ble Court on 26.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"We have perused the affidavit alongwith the Chart of categorised cases (Marked as Annexures-`A & B') pending in this Court under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 filed on 21.04.2016 by M/s. Saharya & Co. on behalf of Delhi Development Authority. The Registry is directed to list the matters in the following manner:

1)Cases mentioned at pages 21 to 23 of the said Chart be listed for Judgment on 28.04.2016 except items at Sl.Nos. 1 to 5, 34, 35,38, 43,44,46,52,64 & 65. 2)Cases mentioned at pages 10 to 11 of the said Chart be listed on 9.08.2016 on top of the Board. 3)Cases mentioned at pages 12 to 16 of the said Chart and SLP (C) No. 19769/2015 be listed for hearing on 23.08.2016. 4)Cases mentioned at pages 17 to 18 of the said Chart be listed for hearing on 11.08.2016. 5)Cases mentioned at page 19 of the said Chart be listed for hearing on 26.07.2016. 6)Cases mentioned at pages 20,24 & 25 of the said Chart and SLP (c) No. 1273/2016 be listed for hearing on 30.08.2016.

Rest of the matters be listed on 01.09.2016. In the meantime, all parties are permitted to file additional documents and affidavit."

It is submitted that counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has on 07.05.2016 filed an application for issuing appropriate directions (regd. as I.A. No. 3) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that there are 5 respondents in this SLP. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has on 10.05.2016 filed counter affidavit without serving the same upon counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 & 5. Despite this Registry's letter dated 14.05.2016 he has not done the needful so far. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 & 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice have been received from respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
