It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25.08.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 6994/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 102 days) (registered as I.A. No. 1)and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No.6250/2015 @ CC No. 3054/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 20.02.2015 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is noted for listing on 12.04.2016.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of notification dated 19.12.2013. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 15.03.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 133 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 29.09.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 5303/2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 67 days) (registered as I.A. No. 1)and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file relevant provisions of Land Acquisition Act. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 15.03.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 115 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 05.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 1644/2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 61 days) (registered as I.A. No. 1)and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar issue.
The matters alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
