It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18.08.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 3966 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 95 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Order and judgment dated 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 29.03.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 87 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 5132/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.09.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 147 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 74 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from

filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

CC No. 5168/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 24.08.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 4330 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 89 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

CC No. 5343/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 14.07.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 2611 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 130 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of judgment/order/notification/ award/Annexure/Gos letters dated 12.01.2015 and 10.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 'Nil' and the same is placed at page No. 108 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 5467/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 5262 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 47 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from

filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to filed copy of orders dated 12.09.2014, 27.05.2014, 09.07.2007 and 11.02.2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 'Nil' and the same is placed at page No. 97 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged with CC No. 5063/2016 as all are arising out of similar issue.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
