SLP(C) No. 29537/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25.05.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 7728 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in refiling of SLP (barred by time by 29 days) and the same has been condoned vide Additional Registrar (1B) order dated 12.10.2015 and SLP has been registered accordingly. He has also filed an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (regd. as I.A. No. 2) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 17603/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of Order dated 02.07.2015 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is noted for listing on 29.03.2016 with main matter i.e. SLP(C) No. 6250/2015.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 19552/2015 @ CC No. 7649/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of Order dated 06.07.2015 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is noted for listing on 29.03.2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of orders dated 10.09.2014 and 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 'Nil' and the same is placed at page No. 44 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 18819/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.03.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 7887 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 114 days) alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned final order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 12.09.2014 & 10.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 09.10.2015, and the same is placed at page No. 75 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
