It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 16.12.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 7619 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 30 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (unregistered) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 8467/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 02.02.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 12433/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 27.04.2015 is enclosed herewith.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 15.10.2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"None appears.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to furnish proof of service of copy of the petition served on caveator. If it is not served, Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Bench."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 15.10.2015 filed caveat proof.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
