It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26.05.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP (C) No. 1928 of 2015 with application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP (barred by time by 137 days and the same has been condoned vide Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers order dated 14.03.2016. Accordingly, the matter has been registered.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 6250 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same after granting leave. Consequently the SLP has been registered as Civil Appeal No. 4995 of 2016. Copy of order dated 10.05.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 19552 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same after granting leave. Consequently the SLP has been registered as Civil Appeal No. 8938 of 2016. Copy of order dated 08.09.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 7735 of 2016 @ CC No. 1301 of 2016 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to adjourn the same. Copy of order dated 08.09.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 16.02.2016, counsel for the petitioner instead of filing copy of Order dated 05.06.1987 he has on 05.09.2016 filed copy of Order dated 05.07.1987 and the same is being circulated herewith.

For non filing of correct copy of Order dated 05.06.1987 the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers on 21.09.2016, when his Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents as undertook have already been filed. Registry to verify and list the matter before appropriate Bench."

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
