It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgments and Orders dated 16.09.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP (C) Nos. 4177 and 1023 of 2014 respectively alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 143 and 140 days respectively) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that both matters have been tagged with CC No. 9774 of 2015 as all are arising out of similar issue.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 15449 of 2015 arising out of CC No. 5394 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 15.05.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Orders dated 16.05.1987 and 12.09.2014 mentioned in the Impugned order in CC No. 12112 of 2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 22.06.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 85 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Orders dated 10.09.2014 and 12.09.2014 mentioned in the Impugned order in CC No. 12174 of 2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 24.06.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 83 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
