The matter was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Mr. N.S. Vasishth, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent no.1 in SLP (C) Nos.........../2015 (CC Nos.9281 and 9532), no further notice need be issued. Tag with SLP (C) No.8467 of 2015."

It is submitted that as directed above Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.07.2015 to all the 4 Respondents by Registered A.D. Post. Mr. Bankey Bihari, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance as well as Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 4 but no one has entered appearance of his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kamlendra Mishra, Advocate has on 23.04.2016 filed an application for intervention to intervene in the matter (Registered as IA No. 2) and same has been placed with SLP Paper Books. ...2/-

The matter was again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 31.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Post along with other connected matters for hearing on 14th September, 2016."

It is submitted that appearing counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has on 09.07.2016 filed written submission and same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

Service is complete.
