Learned Additional Solicitor General invited our attention to the judgment of this court dated 22.04.2020 in Civil Appeal Nos. 2256-2263 of 2020 titled as Union of India & Another Vs. M/s. V.V.F. Limited & Another and connected cases.

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the civil appeals, returnable within four weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

In the meantime, the operation of the impugned judgment and order shall remain stayed.
