There are 11 respondents in the Appeal above-mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and 4 to 8 are represented by Mr. G.N. Reddy and Mrs. S. Usha Reddy, Advocates respectively. Respondent No. 2 has been served with the notice but he has not entered appearance before this Court so far. Names of Respondent Nos. 9 to 11 have been deleted pursuant to the Court's Order dated 18th February, 2011.

It is also submitted that counsel for the Respondent Nos. 12 and 13 in CA Nos. 8321-8322 of 2011, Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in CA No. 8323 of 2011 and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in CA No. 8324 of 2011 (Northern Power Distribution Company of A. P. Ltd.) has on 14th July, 2014 filed statement of case but counsel for the Appellants and counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and Respondent Nos. 14 to 18 CA Nos. 8321-8322 of 2011, Respondent Nos. 4 to 8 in CA No. 8323 of 2011 and Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in CA No. 8324 of 2011 have not filed their statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case and so far as appellant is concerned, it shall be presumed that the appellant has adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of case.

The Appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court as "Pre Final Hearing" matters.
