Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent was appointed as a Sweeper under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme and that she is in regular employment of the petitioner with effect from 12.06.2006. If that be so, then the petitioner is directed to file affidavit duly supported by the order of appointment issued in her favour and the salary paid to her from 2006 till today.

List after one month to enable the counsel to do the needful.
