UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

In all the matters, the appearing respondents are granted four ature Not Verified ks time to file the counter affidavit.

Await return of service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an application of substitution to bring on record the lrs. of deceased respondent No.30, which is found to be defective. Hence, four weeks time is given to cure the defects.

At this stage, Ld.counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that these two matters are required to be tagged with SLP© No.16745/2017 as these matters as well as the matter above mentioned i.e. SLP© No.16745/2017 and all other connected matters have arisen out of the same common impugned judgment and order of the High Court. Registry to verify and tag as per rules.

List the matters again on 01.05.2018.
