The office report on default was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 5th December 2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order :

"Learned Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out dasti notice to serve unserved respondents. List after six weeks."

Accordingly, dasti notice was issued on 22nd December 2016 to all the unserved respondents through Mr. B. K. Prasad, Counsel for the petitioners. But he has not filed affidavit of service alongwith the proof of service in these matters so far.

The Office Report on default is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this Office Report.
