The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on all the remaining unserved respondents within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Service is complete on all the respondents except for respondent nos. 26 and 28. Since both of them have expired, liberty is granted to the ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for substituting the legal representative on record within four weeks time.

It is submitted counsel for respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copies of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far.

SLP(C) No. 12275 of 2014

It is submitted that counel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved sole respondent so far.

SLP (C)No. 17215 of 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from all the three respondents but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far. Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) NOS.18585 of 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent No. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 1 but no one has Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent No. 1 so far.

It is submitted that counsel for respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent No. 1 so far.

SLP(C) NO.18592 OF 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from both the respondents but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Apperarnace on behalf of said respondents so far.

SLP(C) NO.18595 OF 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent No. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 1 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far.

SLP(C) NO.19776 OF 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the sole respondent has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C) NO. 20042 OF 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received back from the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) NO.22916 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 71 respondents in this matter. The counsel for the petitioner has not filed copies of SLP for issue of show cause notice to unserved respondent Nos. 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 33, 37, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 52, 58, 59, 61 to 65, 67, 68, 69 and 70 so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 15 to 19, 21 to 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 42, 45, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54 to 57, 60, 66 and 71 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of said respondents so far.

SLP(C) NO.24966 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 37 respondents in this matter. The counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for substituting the legal representatives on record in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 26 and 28 so far.

It is further submitted that no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 25, 27 and 29 to 37 though served with notice.

SLP(C) NO. 12277 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 19 respondents in this matter. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 6, 8, 10 to 13 and 15 has already filed counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent No. 17 so far.

It is lastly submitted that no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 7, 9, 14, 16, 18 and 19 though served with notice.
