We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the order dated 24th September, 2020 passed passed by this Court in Civil Appeal No.4962 of 2019 and other connected matters, we permit the petitioner to ply diesel buses for the unexpired period of three years from the date of registration of the vehicles in question on the condition that the petitioner will not enter into NCT of Delhi.

Ordered accordingly.
