UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Both the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that as the revision is still pending before the High Court, appropriate request may be made for early disposal of the same on merits with a further condition that status quo with respect to the possession and construction of the property in suit would be maintained as existing on 03.06.2022 when the interim order was passed by this Court. We order accordingly.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
