"The office report is that the respondent No. 1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No. 3, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2. List the matter again on 04.01.2016."

It is submitted that Show cause notice was issued to unserved respondent No. 2 on 30.09.2015 by Regd. A.D post but neither A.D card nor unserved cover has been received back so far. AD Card duly signed has been received back in respect of respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of State of Maharashtra but there is no such party in this matter.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 2.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
