UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have heard the petitioner, who is appearing in person, and Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent-wife, and we have been informed that the parties have been directed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 25th July, 2011. It appears that by virtue of the order dated 30th May, 2011, the petitioner was also directed to pay a sum of US $ 20,000 to the respondent on or before 21st June, 2011, and a further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 21st July, 2011. We a re further informed that the said sum of US $ 20,000 has been paid to the respondent, but according to the petitioner he is unable to comply with the second part of the order on account of the fact that he has no funds to pay the same. Having heard the petitioner and Ms. Shenoy, we modify the order of 30th May, 2011, to the extent that t he petitioner shall pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- instead of Rs.5,00,000/- by 4th August, 2011. The respondent will be entitled to file counter affidavit to the special leave petition by 10th August, 2011. Rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed by 16th August, 2011.
