It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the complete address of respondent nos. 26, 44, 49, 54, 57, 61, 65, 91, 96, 98, 105, 167, 168, 178, 179 and 202.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of proof of service of complete set of pleadings to counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 and 206.

It is submitted that there are two signatures in vernacular language but counsel for the petitioner has not mentioned name of those respondents.

It is submitted that service is complete on respondent Nos. 4 to 6, 7, 11, 14, 15, 17, 22 to 25, 28, 31 to 33, 35 to 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 51, 55, 59, 60, 62 to 64, 66 to 70, 71, 73, 75, 77, 78, 79, 82 to 84, 87, 91, 92, 94, 95, 99, 100, 103, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 115, 116, 119, 121, 124, 130, 131, 132, 134, 135, 138 to 146, 148 to 153, 155 to 157, 164, 169, 170 to 172, 175, 182, 198, 204, 209, 210 but none has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents.

It is further submitted that Mr. D. Mahesh Babu and Mr. V.R. Anumolu, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and respondent nos. 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 and 206 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Mr. Shirin Khajuria, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 81 but not filed counter affidavit so far.
