Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

None appears for respondent nos. 4 and 10 despite due service.

Await service/track report in respect of respondent nos. 2,3,5 to 9 and 11 and also last opportunity of two weeks is granted for filing affidavit of dasti service of these respondents.

None appears for the respondents despite due service.

List again on 20.3.2017."

It is submitted that Respondent no. 1 has already filed counter-affidavit.

It is submitted that Respondent Nos. 4 and 10 have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 9 and 11 was issued on 1 st February, 2017 and 4 th February, 2017.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 20th February, 2017 filed proof of service through Dasti notice for Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 9 and 11 affidavit stating therein that notice has been served on the said Respondents.

It is Lastly submitted that M/s. Shahid Anwar and Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Advocates have on 14th February, 2017 and 22nd February, 2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3,7, 8, 10 & 11 but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 7353 of 2016:

It is submitted that there are three Respondents in the matter. As per tracking report item delivered to all the Respondents but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service may be treated as complete as per tracking report.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
