None appears for respondent nos. 4,10 despite due service.

Respondent nos.12 to 224 have been deleted from the array of parties vide order dt.15.2.2016.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take furnish complete address of respondent nos. 2 and 3 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos. 1,5 to 9 and 11 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. SLP(C) NO.2480-83,7353 of 2016

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on all the respondents within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 16.9.2016."

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's

Court on 16th September, 2016, when the following order was passed :-

None appears for respondent Nos.4 and 10, despite

due service. Respondent Nos.12 to 224 have already been deleted vide order dated 15.2.2016.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.2,3, 5 to 9 and 11 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued. Dasti, in addition, is allowed.

SLP(C) No. 2480-2483/2016

Defects in the application for appearing and arguing in person by respondent No.8 be cured within two weeks' time.

Registry to process thereafter.

Await service of the unserved respondents.

SLP(C) No. 7353/2016

Await service of all the respondents. List again on 15.11.2016."

SLP(C) Nos. 26781-26782 of 2015

It is submitted that interaction of Respondent No. 1 with Ld. Registrar (J-III) has been done on 1 st August, 2016 for appear and argue in person and the same has been allowed by Ld. Registrar (J-III).

It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 4 and 10 have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is also submitted that fresh show cause notice in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 9 and 11 was issued only on 11th November, 2016. Service of notice is awaited.

It is also submitted that respondent Nos. 12 to 224 have already been deleted. Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 9 and 11.

SLP(C) Nos. 2480-83 of 2016:-

SLP C) No. 2480 of 2016:

It is submitted that there are 10 Respondent in the matter above-mentioned. AD cards duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6 & 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD cards nor unserved registered covers have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 9 & 10 so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 8 has on filed application for argue-in-person and his application for for agrue in person has been already been allowed in main matter. He has also filed counter affidavit.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 9 & 10.

SLP C) No. 2481 of 2016:

It is submitted that there are 4 Common Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. AD cards duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

SLP C) No. 2482-2483 of 2016:

It is submitted that there are 11 Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. AD cards duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6 & 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD cards nor unserved registered covers have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 9, 10 & 11 so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 8 has on filed application for argue-in-person and his application for for agrue in person has been already been allowed in main matter. He has also filed counter affidavit.

SLP(C) No. 7353 of 2016

It is submitted that pursuant to order dated 1 st August, 2016, counsel for the Petitioner has on 2 nd September, 2016 filed spare copies which is barred by time by 16 days. Therefore, show cause notice could not be issued. However, a period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD cards nor unserved registered covers have been received back from all the Respondents so far.

Service is not complete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
